St.Patrick’s School opened its doors in 1904. The principle objective of the school has always been to equip our boys with holistic education. This included a mixture of academic knowledge together with technical skills in a particular trade. Thus, boys graduating from the school were equipped with what they need to obtain employment and live independently. Printing was one of the trades taught.

A niche area was identified and together with operating the school, the Salesians also provided printing services to the general public – the Salesian Press was born. This area of business developed along the years with the printing services showing constant growth in innovative products, tailor made services and providing best quality to satisfy customers.

Today, the Salesian Press offers clients a one-stop-shop service. This saves considerable time for clients and ensures that projects are continuously monitored. The services include state-of-the art graphic design, image setting, digital printing, and saddle-stitching or sewn binding, with hard or soft covering. The Press also provides design and printing of client-specific stationery, flyers, posters, invitation card, embossing, die cut, bookmarks, calendars and diaries, offering a wide selection of paper, including textured, laid or recycled versions.
